NIRON VILLAGE

The creation of the village is to establish a new concept of sustainable living with mindfulness and health awareness by providing individual plots of land with an abundance of greenery. The project rewards individuals and families with generous space for opportunities to embrace new discoveries in sustainable living, learn the value of local nature, and take advantage of their co-existence.
HILL RESORT
Koh Rong Samlouem, Sihanoukville, Cambodia

Restricted to a very narrow long shape, the project land limits the flexibility of building placements. 15 modular designs of wooden cabins on stilts are proposed for a steep land of a beautiful hilly beachside of the dream island, along with 2 platforms of amenities structures that served as needed functions for the guests of the cabins.
KOH CHVAENG COMMUNITY
Kompong Chhnang, Cambodia

The site is located in Kompong Chhnang Province which is a land of serene landscape complemented by ricefields, historical sites, and natural and man-made waterways. We look into a design that comes from local influences of native Kompong Chhnang land to attract local, cross-provincial and foreign visitors with:
1) centers for education and culture, 2) nature reserves, and 3)activities and leisure.
